Bein' encouraged (nagged) :wink: by my buddy Kevin (HomeBBQ.com) to do the "Cattle Call" thing, so I figured I would.

I'm Tim of the Cosmic Cookin' cook team, not to be confused with the Cosmic Cookers out of Texas. I think they win something every now and then!

Seriously, I'd been cookin' for a few years then 2 years ago I threw half a lifetime of experience out the window because the wife and I started competing.

Thanks to Kevin it hasn't been a total waste of time. He let us hang around his site and steal everything we could. Kinda wish I hadn't sold out to Woodhouse now............ :wink:

Hope to see y'all out there in competition soon. We're gonna spend a little time retooling and get back out there in May.
