Good morning and thank you for welcoming me into the forum! I'm Aaron, have been cooking as a hobby for a good 10 years now, and started competing in bbq 2 years ago this week. We have done two back yard contests and one professional contest. We have gotten a back yard first place call on our pulled pork and fourth place overall at that competition! Hope to do more competitions in the future and move towards turning the hobby into more of a profession with a food truck / catering business. We cook on a custom offset smoker my dad made by hand. Look forward to learning and contributing to this community!
