Hey,

Stumbled across the brethren last week and my jaw dropped. This looks like the home I have been searching for! Looking forward to learning as much as I can.

Got into smoking last year after years of being a grilling crazy. It has changed the way I look at outdoor cooking. Spend entirely too much time thinking, reading, obsessing, etc (and my wife would say spending too much $$$$) over it now.
