• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Here are the pics of the enchiladas from this post.

Threw some of the PP into a pan then into the oven, heated it up to loosen up the pork a bit. Shredded up some Monterrey Jack, sliced some black olives, gave about 14 corn tortillas a quick dip in some hot oil and assembled the enchiladas. Didn't really have a lot of time so I kept it pretty simple, with the exception of the fine china.
Thanks for looking and enjoy (we did).

I did something very similar last night but with chicken. Turned out exceptional. Yours looks great!

Now I want enchiladas. Those look fantastic, Dale! :clap2:

That's how it's done! (minus the olives, of course, but to each his own) - Those are some real green chile enchiladas!
