xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

This is pretty close. Adjustments to taste. We use smoked pork shoulder, no potatoes or bay leaves. No good reason not to other than we seldom have those around.

Well just so happens I have about a 2-3 lb brisky flat from three weeks ago in the freezer....I see this in my future soon!

Almost purchased a full packer today to smoke and use leftovers for chili but it's still 80 degrees here so I'll wait another month :grin:
