I like to share great service when deserved. I had a Thermapen that was a couple years old that was having trouble turning on. I sent an email on a Friday night not expecting a reply until Monday, I received a reply in about 10 minutes! They asked about my problem and opened a case requesting I send it in.
So I sent it in, they had to break the case open and gave me a choice of colors to choose from for a new case. Of course I picked super fast red. :mrgreen:
It was not covered by warranty so they charged me $25 to fix, way cheap in my book. Today I received my Red Thermapen, recalibrated and looking, feeling and working brand spanking new.
Throughout the whole repair was nothing but top notch customer service. Kudos to them, they deserve to be recognized.
