Thought I'd go ahead and put this up here so we could get the bashing for this event out of the way early. Looking at the threads for the last few years, seems that this contest gets beat up pretty good in here for whatever reason.
We'll be there, in same spot as last year, and we are going to enter the Whole Animal category this year, which will be the first time cookin' Whole Piggy at Lenexa for us. :thumb:
