Gravety feed double pan smoker opinions

Brethren,

I've started putting some pennies aside so I can finally get a big boy smoker and I've been thinking on this one.

Has anyone out there had the pleasure of building this pit from these plans? How did it turn out? How do you like it and why? Pros and con's please. And pictures if you will.

TTT. I can't believe none of the brethren have any input on this pit or experience with buying these plans and how well detailed they are.

I would think that if you have the capability to build a pit like this, then you don't need plans to make one. Spend the $80 on materials instead. And if you need plans, I am sure you can find some free ones somewhere.

That would be great if I could afford a $6,000 smoker! But its not in the cards so I'd like to use my god given skills and build one! Just need some opinions on the one in the original post, and what kind of experience you have had cooking on it.
