My wife is having the "girls" from work over and she would like me to feed them. They regularly request pulled pork for their luncheons at work, I've done "chuck full" pan bread sandwiches, ABTs, farm fresh Moinks, Kerri style beans, they have had left over brisket many times, smoked turkey...
They love the smoke so I need to put something together to impress but I'm kind of clueless this morning. The good thing is I have a week but the bad thing is I'm pretty good at waiting to the last minute.
For the guys it is easy. I'd throw a brisket on the egg, later a second drum with a fatty and some sausage, some hot ABTs and never really worry about sides. But I think I should do something a little different for the women.
Any suggestions to get me headed in the right direction?:confused:
