• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Check out Ron_L's post on fatties from this weekend. He flattened, added cheese, peppers, and prsciutto, and "rechubbed" and ended up with a good looking fatty.

Ya know... I was thinking about BBQJoe this afternoon... My stuffed fatty reminds me of a Chili Relleno (sort of) with the cheese and the poblano. You could call it a Mojo Rellenoe...

Jgh 1204, this is an authentic smoker, not a bread oven. They are manufactured in Texas. They run about $21,000 brand new.
Thanks all, love the ideas and feed back. Mojoe's are now officially on the menu. Served as an appetizer or a dinner with two sides.
