Going to try a turkey boob

Going to trya turkey boob this week. Any tips on picking one, certain brand, etc.? Going to brine overnight and practice for Thanksgiving.

I like to find one with smooth, creamy skin and firm ni.... Oh.. Wrong kind of boob... :shock:

Check out a local meat market or butcher so see if they have a fresh one. Just about all of the pre-packages ones are treated with some sort of brine or similar. They aren't bad, but you can get better flavors with a fresh turkey breast.
