• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hello Brothers/Sisters, curious what the going rate is for a cooked Boston butt in your area?

6-8 lbs
8-10lbs

I've been asked to help with a local fund raiser and curious what the going rate is for preorders.

I live in NC, but curious of rates everywhere, but especially the Carolinas, Va, and Tenn.

Thank you

I take that is finished cooked weight? So you are stating $35-$50 depending on the size?

That is the going rate here as well.........last I checked, but they are selling preorders and the weight varies per packer.

Thank you

Yes......

Also at the VFW we sell a 3lb pan, a dozen rolls, and a bottle of sauce for $50.00 on selected game days. order in advance only, pick-up 1 hour to 30 minutes before the game starts... Meat is resting and then pulled when customer arrives to pick up. Always a big hit as long as you don't do it every week.

Churches around here sell them for fundraisers and they get $35 per for them. I am not sure of the size, but I am getting one weekend after next.

If it's good, cooked per pound is 10 to 12$/pound, here. Retail. Don't know how you could do it an cheaper and still pay bills.

For fundraisers, I've seen $30 usually, sometimes $40 for a whole cooked butt.
