somebody shut me the fark up.
Quick dinner tonight of a couple recipes I saw on the web. Seasoned up some chops with salt and pepper. Cut the potatoes into wedges and then microwaved them for two minutes to speed the cooking process. Drizzled some olive oil on the wedges and then tossed them in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan Cheese. Through all of it on the gasser indirect.
When the chops were almost done, over to the hot side on the Grill Grates and added the glaze. The glaze was two parts Gochgang, one part honey, a splash of soy sauce, and I added some Korean Pepper like you would make Kimchi with.
The fries came out great. I will definitely make these again.
The pork chop? Tasted good. And it was juicy. But that was the toughest piece of meat I have had in a LONG time. Not sure if it was just a tough pig, or that we got used to Pork Ribeyes with all their fattiness.
