• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I finally got around to registering and getting on board. I know several of you on this site anyway from cookoffs. I live in the country around Jacksonville, IL in west central Illinois. My wife Marla and I along with our two corgi dogs Ed & Rick make up the team of Ulcer Acres. This is our second year of cooking and we have had a pretty good year. We won Grand Champion at the Bardwell, Ky and Carbondale,IL contest and reserve at the Madision,IN contest. For 8 straigth contest this year we placed in the top 5. We qualified and we are competing in the Invatational at the Royal and also the Jack Daniels Inv. So we have had a pretty good year. But I am glad to be hear and looking forward to it.
