Babbling Farker
Seems a bit weird to me. I have always heard warnings about using galvanized parts in a bbq and here is a large commercial venture selling a galvanized lined cooker.

Do they have lawsuits in their future or have we been wrong all this time?

 did a search after the fact and saw this has already been discussed.

Well with the charcoal being on the outside(on top)and the meat on a rack inside and not touching the sides?..maybe?

I believe the above is true, but not positive. They only used to sell aluminum lined ones, but now with the budget "Caribe" model I see they are using galvanized.

The new diamond plate looks pretty cool!
