I finally got around to using my stainless steel cooking grate from tjv tonight! It was truly a worthwhile investment for the BGE.

Broke down and got the Super Fast Blue Thermopen and used it this weekend!
Vinny (Militant Squatter) is right! It is faster than the other Thermopens!

Opened the mail today and got my KCBS CBJ Badge #22782
I promise to NEVER bring a cooler for comp meats!!
