• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I call this Mexican Meat for lack of a better name. Whipped it up the other night and decided to share...

It was quite tasty! And spicy!

You can see how I did it here.

Yeah! It was good. And quick.

Looks real good! I make some stuff that looks similar with ground deer. We just just call it Mexican deer!

We do a similar meat mix - roll it in tortillas for me to go to work with beans. Eat it over cheezy rice or black beans for dinner ... gotta love it. Looks killer - I'll have to try your recipe too!!

Another fun way to go is making a NuWay Burger. No Mexican spices - but makes for a great sammie. I add finely diced onions and green pepper.

Another good one from Mista. If this keeps up the wife may really begin to think I am a really good cook using that thing in the kitchen that gets hot - Stove/oven.

I gained back weight I've lost just looking at that! I do miss cheese and sour cream!

Yeah

Neil - We do this one too, served over Fritos - A kind of "upscale Chili Billy"!

Real tasty, I do a similar mixture for juevos rancheros. Only I leave out the cumin- not a big fan of it, I'm afraid. Good Stuff Mista!!
