Hi there,

Detonathor from the Netherlands. 38 yrs old. In the Military since 1993, what brings me to the US every now and then.

Know about this forum thru a Dutch BBQ forum, from where I see a lot of familiar names around here.

Started about two years ago with A WSJ and just recently traded it in for a 22" Weber OTS, which I try to keep smoking as often as I can (=as much as my job / family lets me...).

Initially here to learn, so I will be reading a lot first (and not so much posting).

If any questions, please feel free to ask!

Welcome to our version of OCD (Outdoor Cooking Disorder)! You guys over in the Netherlands are doing a great job of creating your own new traditions as it relates to BBQ.
