• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I was hoping for a little deeper smoke ring. But it tastes fantastic!!!
 
Ill have two Friday nite specials with amazing smashed potatoes--to go!! To go to fredericksburg Va asap, looks fantastic!

Hey Joe them look great.
How long did it take to cook and how many pounds were they. I have never made meat loaf in the smoker but after seeing them i think i need to bad.
 
They are appx 10 pounds each. I let them hang in the smoke for an hour at 225*
Then cranked it up to 350* for about two hours or so to internal temp of 160*
 
Good lookin' grub!!!! Jumbo-all beef- super fatties!!!!!!
