• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I did a London Broil last night seasoned with some Wolfe Rub Bold, onions and asparagus marinated in Kens Caesar Salad dressing and some russet and a sweet potato (for me)! I added several globs of horseradish to go along with the beef.

Good looking grub. I came home fired up the grill and cooked a ribeye and threw a tator in the microwave.

How does that roasted sweet potato taste? I love yams, but I am the only one here who does.

They're fantastic! Cook them on the grill around 400* until a fork slides easily through them! The skins with have a great flavor too!

I also do grilled sweet potato slices. Slice them about 1/2" thick, coat with a little oil and season with Wolfe Rub Original. Here's a pic.

I love the grilles asparagus and smoked sweet potatoes!
Awesome looking food!

Looks great Larry. I've been kicking around the idea of cooking some London broil cuts. I know they can be difficult and that's what keeping me away so far. Looking good though.
