is Blowin Smoke!
Hi All,
I had planned on doing this for the Noob Throwdown, but I misread the deadline and missed it. So I thought I'd do my first cook thread instead.
The wife and I decided to have a nice quiet day at home and cook all day.
Woke up and started the day with Stuffed French toast, topped with fresh whipped cream, raspberries, and blueberries then dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Then, fired up the 22 inch Weber Kettle and made Pig Shots for lunch.

Then, we made some English Toffee which I broke up and threw into a batch of Vanilla bean sweet cream ice cream we made. I have no pics though. But that went in the freezer for dessert.
Finally, for dinner I threw a 2 bone chunk of Prime rib on the Roti. Also made twice baked potato (you can see them at the bottom of the grill) and broccoli salad.

The prime rib was a bit overdone on the edges. But it didn't really matter much. It was sooo good! I'm still working on dialing in the temp on the 18".
All in all in was a fantastic day!
Thanks for looking!
Eric
