I had been on the fence about getting a vacuum sealer, but when I saw one for $40 shipped during a previous WootOff, I went for it. It's performed exactly as I hoped. Makes sous vide and leftover storage so much easier.
Today, they're listing the same FM 2000 for $40 shipped, plus the V3230 with a built-in cutter for $45 shipped. They've also got a bag/roll kit for $24 shipped. Hope this helps a brethren or a sistren . . .
