Focaccia

Had some tomatoes that were really ripe so it was time to do something with them so why not bruschetta. And what better for bruschetta than focaccia bread.

This is the recipe I use for my Focaccia.

I have made focaccia but have never made bruschetta. I like to make bread AND eat garlicky bruschetta. That is going to have to be in my near future!
