First vortex cook

Tested it out with wings. This morning I put the wings in garlic and butter and Kamado Joe butter and garlic rub.

The oven therms were reading 550. Took about half hour. I must say, best skin I ever had on wings when I grilled. Those wings were sizzling.

Somebody wants some wings.

Almost.

The beer isn't my first choice. Was the only 24 oz cans they had. I want to make one those lite hot beer can grills, just for the hell of it.
