• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Looks like you are off to a great start, keep us posted on your progress.
 
So this was an 18.96 Lb turkey. Finished quicker than I anticipated so I have it resting in the oven until we decide to make the mashed potatoes ;)

and since the smoker is all fired up, we decided to try our hand at making smoked sea salts. It was my wife's idea so we can give them to friends for late Christmas gifts
