I picked up a couple of veal tomahawk steaks a little while back (No Bull Prime Meats for the Albuquerque Brethren). I decided that today was the day to throw them on the grill. I rubbed them down with olive oil and salt. Then added some minced garlic and some rosemary garlic and herbs seasoning. On the kettle, indirect, until IT was 135. Pulled and rested. Wife cooked up some rice pilaf and made a salad. This is the first time I have ever eaten, much less cooked veal. I will definitely be doing this again (when I can afford it). Also did a small tri-tip for lunch for the week.

Thanks for looking. Stay safe.
