• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Camping the weekend and decided to bring the mini with us. Smoking a 8.5 lbs butt and a couple pounds of wings for lunch on top. She seems to be hiding a pretty steady 235 at the moment even with some pretty stiff winds. My only regret is the I forgot to bring a probe thermometer with me, so I am going to have to go old school and go by feel. Luckily, the butt is bone-in, so that'll be a good indicator for when to pull.

Your day is shaping up nice. Another reason I like getting the bone in, mother nature's thermometer

My mini was my first smoker... still have it - still use it- still does a bang up job on anything that will fit in it. Bigger ain't ways better... sometimes it's just "bigger"

I have one that hasn’t seen the light outside the shed or smoke in over 4 years. Thanks for the motivation!!!

Food looks great!

going by the looks its a perfect camping companion:thumb:
