First time spareribs on UDS

Another fine day to smoke some spareribs. Going with the 3 2 1 method.
Happy Mothers Day to all the wonderful Moms present and past.:thumb:
Here's a couple pics for starters. Simple rub of kosher salt, coarse ground peeper, and paprika.
