Hey folks, new here from Daytona Beach. Stumbled onto the forum after surfing a bit and I'm diggin what I'm seein!

Anyhoo, after a few evenings browsing and reading up on all things BBQ, I decided to try my hand at a fatty.

JD sausage, fried onions and potatoes, chives and sage, havarti cheese. Cooked on my old generic horizontal grill with a smoke pan for about 3 hours.

Came out great! Wish I had taken some pics. Just wanted to thank you all for the fatty inspiration!

Today, 2 racks of ribs that have been marinating since yesterday, for a family dinner poolside.

Welcome to the forum! Glad to hear your first fattie was a success.. I'm fond of fried potato and onion stuffing too. I bet the havafti added a nice flavor too!
Good luck with the ribs, would love to see pics if you get the chance. :-D
