• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Thanks for everyones help in making my first BB's a sucess! I used RIVERCITY Rub, and RIVERCITY Sauce, SO GOOD, Thanks FITZ!! The pics don't do it justice.
N8MAN, thanks for the assist, I will use your top secret rub next time!:-D At 4.00 /lb. these will be far and few in between! I also did the usual pulled pork, and some chicken, soaked in a A.J brine, glaze with a Carolina Mustard sauce, that worked with Pulled pork and chicken! Had some Texas cheese toast to finish it off!
Again I apologize for the huge pics!

Very nice, should have warned me not to look at during breakfast!!

Eye Candy!!!!

Roy, that indeed makes me want some Ribs... the Chicken looks like perfection as does the Pork.....you do good work:biggrin:

That all looks great, Roy! Congrats!

Keale, so how did the UDS do? From the pics it looks awsome!

Meat, the UDS as usual is great...thanks for the help, did this cook sandwich between church workday, and 2 soccer games, I put on the Ribs before my last game, about 12:00, came back 3 hours later, took out the butt, flipped the ribs, 1 more hour, then glazed, I wrapped and held in oven. NOT bragg'in, but the pork butt is a a gimme in the UDS.
I think I actually like regualar spare better!
Again, you'all should try that mustard sauce if you haven't, good stuff!
thanks.

How about the recipe for the mustard sauce?

Again, you'all should try that mustard sauce if you haven't, good stuff!
thanks.[/quote]

I make up a batch of musterd sauce and seems you either love it or hat it. I personally love it. If I sauce pork it's what I use.

Roy, WOW...you did an awesome job. Everything looks mighty tasty and OMG I am starving, thank you very much;*) You should be so proud! Thx for sharing. Had I known about this feast I would have just happened to stop in...LOL!
