First spin on the Carson Rodizio

The toy came Wednesday and got a cook on it Sunday. It was a gorgeous day here in WI so it was perfect timing. I did some chicken churizo, maple pineapple bratwurst,jalapeno cheddar chicken sausage, garlic shrimp, top sirloin wrapped in bacon with some black ops, roasted vegs, asian wings, pineapple, and some garlic bread.

Everything turned out great and I think it'll only get better as I learn the different heat zones. Wife loved it and that was my main reason to buy it.

Looks fantastic - great pix! With very few exceptions, I have pretty much everything I want to cook on or with - except for this rig here - I'd love to have one and I know I'd use it a lot. Should have bit the bullet early on. :doh:
