• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I need to tweak this a bit but can see the benefits of this set up

After we ate I decided to do another twirl, this time I used bread crumbs they are ground a little finer, just experimenting with texture. Added some lump and a couple minny splits, she raging now maybe a little to hot but hey it is an experiment.

That's a nice set up Tom. Your chicken looks might fine too!

I laughed too hard at the pic of the UPS guy's WTF look of you taking a pic of him to read the rest!

Edited to add: The chicken looks great from here!

Does it have a top for it or do you cook with it uncovered?

you can put the lid on, I did for a few minutes of the first cook to slow it down some. the rest of the time was uncovered

Looks great Tom! Yep definitely no problem experimenting. Ninja once ran full splits in his kettle grill a while back.

Looks good!

If you are pasting the IMG Code from Photobucket you don't need to use the Insert Image button. Just paste the IMG Code directly into you post. Using the Insert Image button adds extra IMG tags like you see in your post.

Great job! I like the multi cooks samene day to really learn something about your rig.
