First pig cook done

Hey all, here are some pics of our first whole hog cook. It was 169lbs pig, started at 10pm saturday night, finished at 1:00 sunday afternoon, Everyone loved it, and I'm happy that all went well, and that we got our first one under our belts,, thank for all the help...

I'd like to do one some day but I'd have to leave the head off. I realize that's probably blasphme, but my daughter was leaning on me looking at the screen and almost started cryin when she saw the "poor piggy."

But I gotta tell ya, that looks fantastic!

Just about everything went perfect, expect when we put the pig on, we had to break out the hacksaw, and take about 8 inches off the back legs, it was too long and we couldn't get the legs folded up underneath. But it cook nice, tasted great, and everyone was happy.
