First overnight cook with an 8lb pork shoulder. It went on last night about 10pm and came off this morning at 9 and into the cooler until lunch. The Kamado Joe held temps pretty good last night in -18C temperatures.

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Wanting to provide the most impressive product I could, I recently pulled my first overnighter cooking an 18 lb packer brisket for my wife's church in the same temps (-1 F). Being a heathen myself, I decided at around 04:30 that yesterday's warmed over roast would be good enough if it came to doing that again!
