• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

First Fire

i like that cooker! the one i have seen running was sealed up really nicely and burning cleanly.
 
Just put in two Bob Evans fatties, 1 Italian & 1 Maple; 1/2 pound of bacon pig candy; and some polish sausage links. Will be throwing a 5 lb. Frenched pork loin on in a couple of hours. Burning cherry and pecan for the food. Running smoothly at around 250.
