hey guys just started my first fattie and some pig candy. i added some of my own stuff and she got kinda full. hope it works out.

Kind of full is right! Good luck to you. You can easily try to get too much in a fattie and if you don't have enough sausage it can make a mess -- granted, it's always a DELICIOUS mess. Love to see the final results.

Looks good. consider the gallon ziplock trick to shape the meat. Flatten the cub it a ziplock then slice open and roll a nice fatty
