Well a two weeks ago i did a brisket and some chicken and now for my second smoke I did 3 racks of baby back ribs. They turned out amazing. The top two racks in the first picture were sauced and finished for about 5 minutes on a grill and the bottom rack was just smoked with my rub!!

ANd for those wondering, these BBBs came from Costco and I smoked using Hickory and Apple for about 4 hrs. I didnt foil but did use a little spritz of apple/water mix at hour 2 and 3.

I'll take the Mickey plate. :wink: My little one's won't eat off anything but.
 
Those ribs look great, and I'd take a plate of that food. Or two...:becky:
 
Thanks for the kind words. I was really unsure about cooking BBBs my first time out but they were awesome!

LT I have a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5". It is amazing! :) Only wish I bought a 22.5 lol
