After seasoning the new little beast, I let it cool down until it was cold. I couldn't stand having it and not cooking something. I was fidgety and was going nuts just letting it sit clean. All I had was some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but I rubbed then up and stuck em on the smoker and got it DIRTY! Here is the result with a little cherry wood.
