First Cook...my birthday present to me

So finished up the UDS. Threw on two nakid fatties and a 5 lb butt so I could season my drum. Need better thermometers but all in all a good time.

Smoked at 270 for a little over 5 hours on the butt. Used John Henry's East Texas Pig Rub on all the meat. Two maple Jimmy Deans for 2 hours at 270. My wife was in love with it. I feel accomplished. Time to practice for comps with my buddies team. This could be dangerous!
