• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I woulda probably trimmed up the ribs St. Louis style. They look like brontosaurous ribs.

SWAMPRB----I turned about every 30 or 40 mins. Sprayed with apple juice. Did this for about 2 hours and then I put them in racks so I could go take my afternoon nap ! After nap I laid the back flat. I did not trim these ribs. When I served them, I cut them just like you would have trimed them. Part trimed off will be used for seasoning in a variety of dishes.
I live in a small town of about 1200 people, I bought the old 2 story bank building on main street and use it for my office and storage, I also use part of it for projects, such as building my drum smoker. Some how word got out about this project and I had a steady stream of old codgers and some young ones peering in my window to see what the hell I was making.
Small towns are a trip to live in especially if they cannot figure out what you are doing.
