Well I finally found Brisket in Hawaii, at Costco's, thanks goes to Richard F, for suggesting it.
Slice and ready to eat! Oh My GOSH!! I now know what I was missing! Thanks SmokinGator! Brent the injector sauce was great, my wife said she could eat it as soup! :-D The meat was... well as we say in Hawaii ONO!! Delicious, the flavor was unreal! This was a 5 lbs Flat, @ 225-230 degrees for about 6.5 hrs, in the drum...Thanks to all who helped me thru the cook! Swamprb, Tony...
[Couple of BeerCan Chickens, w/Brents memphis rub, and my first ABT's not sure what kind of peppers these are, they just called them Chili Peppers here, Hot! Made a mix of cream cheese and pecarino ramono cheese...
The Beef Ribs were pretty good, not too much meat, cooked really fast, a couple of hours, went to 180, foiled for another hour, while chickens cooked.

All in all I was VERY PLEASED w/ this cook...my family loved it!
Thanks for letting me share!
Sorry I tried posting picture using a web album
