• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Well I finally found Brisket in Hawaii, at Costco's, thanks goes to Richard F, for suggesting it.

Slice and ready to eat! Oh My GOSH!! I now know what I was missing! Thanks SmokinGator! Brent the injector sauce was great, my wife said she could eat it as soup! :-D The meat was... well as we say in Hawaii ONO!! Delicious, the flavor was unreal! This was a 5 lbs Flat, @ 225-230 degrees for about 6.5 hrs, in the drum...Thanks to all who helped me thru the cook! Swamprb, Tony...
[Couple of BeerCan Chickens, w/Brents memphis rub, and my first ABT's not sure what kind of peppers these are, they just called them Chili Peppers here, Hot! Made a mix of cream cheese and pecarino ramono cheese...
The Beef Ribs were pretty good, not too much meat, cooked really fast, a couple of hours, went to 180, foiled for another hour, while chickens cooked.

All in all I was VERY PLEASED w/ this cook...my family loved it!
Thanks for letting me share!
Sorry I tried posting picture using a web album

There is nothing like a brisket.
You may want to look into ordering a case from Costco so you always have one on hand and ready to go.

That looks just great. Now you are hooked. :-D What are the details of the injection??

keale, looks like you are all over this way of cooking. Farking cool isn't it! Great lookin pron. Congrats on the brisket.

Glad we could be of some assistance. WTG on the massive first time cook!

Looks great glad it turned out......man that brisket looks really juicy !!

It said report inappropriate content on the picture server site. I considered reporting you just on the fact that I wasn't there to sample any of it. Good looking pron.

Man, that does look good. The brisket looks awesome, but the A.B.T.'s now those are some of my favorites.

Man o man great firsts. Cant wait till you get the hang of it LMAO.

Nice work Roy! I'm going to have to get that injection recipe, the brisket looks very nice! Those ABT's could be a meal themselves!
