• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Looks fantastic, save me some. The man sure knows his way around a brisket and a smoker! That method has paid off for a lot of folks around here!

WISDOM! Let us attend!

I don't do a lot of brisket but, when I do, I Bludawg it ... I've found farking around with them yields very little ROI beyond what a straight-up Bludawg brisket will do for you.

Good work mate, you picked the right advisor Im led to believe

Thanks everyone. Forgot to take pics before. Nothing was left after the kids came through. I am a convert to butcher paper now.

That's a nice one! I may have to give hot and fast a try one of these days.
