Had to try after all I read about how good it was ---- 10 days of curing -- a little honey on top and in the smoker. Finished product in a couple of hours! My buddy Rob (who isn't really stoned!) helping me out. In the smoker about 2 hours.

But....or is it butt... here's the finished product. I was really happy with the results. My first, but sure won't be my last. Wife loved it, Rob loved it (even if he won't remember later) and so did I. Just a little more BBB pron.

Jack2u2, curing a loin and butt right now. Will be smokin the loin Sunday afternoon and slicing Monday after the frig overnight. Hope me tastes as good as yours looks.

Yep...looks fairly pie-eyed to me too...:twisted: Nice lookin' bacon! I'll have to keep that honey idea in mind when I do my next one.
