First attempt at Spare Ribs

I thought I'd share a couple of pics of my first ever attempt at smoking spare ribs. Yeah, I'm a n00b... but alas, with help I found on our forum here I was able to successfully pull off a delicious rack (cut in half for my Masterbuilt Pro gasser) @275 over 4 hours (2-1-1).

You could hear nothing but giggles and groans of delight at our dinner table tonight. Thanks for all the help!
