Hello Brethren! Thought I ought to come out of hiding. Been lurking around here for a few months trying to absorb all I could read. Compared to some of you, I guess I would call myself a Smoking hobbyist. No competitions, just good ol' backyard grilling and bbq'n. I have been doing most of my smoking on a Webber kettle, but have definitely developed an interest in a new smoker, just have to convince SWMBO! Look forward to showing some of pictures and asking plenty of questions, and boy do I have them!
