• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Feesh Tackos and Mofongo (I think?)

This is some pretty good feesh tackos and fair to demiddlin mofongo which is a Puerto Rican dish with plantains or that’s what this is suppose to be. I ain’t quite there yet on the mofongo but will keep working on it. Feesh tackos is gonna be good if you can chop and dice up some onions, japs, cilantro, maters for the pico de gallo and top with some sour cream with lime and of course the avercodo. The mofongo will be good when I get the hang of it cause it’s got a key ingredient I really like and that’s pork skins. You can google mofongo and see all the variations of serving it – this was topped with shrimp, peppers and onions with a sprinkling of them fried capers I like, cept we didn’t get the caper juice out of em enough and they were too capery tastin.

I can't pronounce it but it looks like pretty fine eats. I'd like to try the dish with the pork rinds.
