• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Smoke, just picked one up for small restaurant use and was wondering what manufacturer you guys recommend, looking for the most smoke. Have been using my Stumps GF225 for comps and have always been happy with them

BBQrs Delight, Bear Mountain, Lumberjack and cookinpellets.com are all good brands. You're probably going to need quite a bit so check to see which will give you the best deal on a pallet.

I'm looking to buy a pallet are there any retailers you guys recommend above others? Or deal directly with manufacturer?

I think CookinPellets has the best pallet price. I like them and Lumberjack as well. You should look at becoming a dealer if you are going to use that much. The price drops and you can also kill your shipping costs when you sell a few bags. Just a thought.

Yea, I'm looking at becoming a dealer. Thoughts on one better than another for smoke flavor? Which ones to stay away from? Thanks.

CookinPellets and Lumberjack are pretty consistent. You need to decide what flavor you want for your for. CookinPellets have Hickory or their combo. You could always go with straight oak to cook and use a smoke tube to change flavors.
