• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I'm just trying to get wood here if you know what I mean... But what do you guys like to do with your fatties.

I've only cooked two, we did one just rub, one flattened, stuffed with cheese and then rolled back up and rubbed.

I'd like to see what everyone's favorite fatty innards are.

jamaican, thai stick.... or i fill with cheese, chopped peppers, sun dried tomatos. try saurkraut and swiss cheese

Bama -

Run a quick search in Q Talk and be ready for a TON of "how do you cook fatties" info!! This is one of the most kicked-around subjects on the site.

I like green, red, yellow bell peppers, Banana peppers pickled. Moz. cheese, onions. I eat mine with a little spicy mustard and hot sauce, Brand of hot sauce depends on how much I want to suffer the next morning.

The last couple I have done have turned out great - cream cheese, sauteed bell beepers and onions, mushroom and some cheese is my favorite. Last time I also did a breakfast fatty with cheese and cream cheese then we rolled it in brown sugar and halfway thru on the wrap we drizzled honey on top before we foiled it for the last hour. It was great to eat on some homemade biscuits.

I liked the last one I did stuffed with jack cheese, jalapenos and sweet onion. I split the onion, seasoned and drizzled with olive oil and threw it in the smoker early in the cook along with some whole jalapenos. When they were nice and soft and had some good smoke flavor I chopped them up and used them to stuff a plain pork sausage fatty that had a little rub inside and out. I threw it on while some other stuff was cooking and I really liked the result.

Flattened?

Did you use store brand? More fat content = flatter flatty.

Roadmap sticky thread on this QTalk forum will give you a ton of ideas.
