I guess when you have it bad, you have it real bad.

I had a guy and his kid come in last night.
They'd been here before.

Between the two, they ordered two cajun, a garlic, and a tamale.
Large fries, and a couple of other sides.

Then ordered one more of each to go, for the ride home to PHX.
(Grand total of seven)
Said they'd be back today.

I made 24 just the other day, and now I'm almost out.
No truck til tuesday.

Two jalapenos stem ends removed and cored. Jalapenos placed butt to butt with cheddard cheese in the middle.
Jalapenos put in middle of fattie. Fattie rolled in crushed fritos, and a thick stripe of chilli powder down the length.

Oh, now that sounds GOOD! Just came across this in the store tonight. Gonna try a buffalo wing fattie for christmas eve...Or maybe bite sized "shorties" with blue cheese dipping sauce, carrots and celery.
