Weater sucked about half of the people from out of town showed. but that was to be expected due to the bad weather. it rained most of the weekend. I cooked 9 racks of spares 2 briskets and a bag of chicken quarters and about 50 ears of corn. Here a few pictures i was able to take. The alcohol played a major role in forgetting to take some photos. also cooked a 15# sirloin for supper the night before.

The Man behind the smoke. My brother took that of me sittin near the WSM after getting it fired up. looks like a chunk of hickory just took off loll. thught it was a cool pic.
